In addition to Be Our Guest, Disney will also open the Gaston’s Tavern quick service restaurant, Bonjour! Village Gifts shop, and Enchanted Tales With Belle. That includes a number of different locations themed after the Beauty And The Beast film. The grand opening for the new Fantasyland is now officially scheduled for December 6. The restaurant takes its inspiration from the Disney classic movie “Beauty And The Beast.” There will be three different sections of the restaurants: a Ballroom, a Rose Gallery, and a West Wing. The dinner menu includes appetizers like French onion soup and potato leek soup, entrees like rotisserie rock hen, shrimp and scallops, and ratatouille, and deserts like cupcakes and cream puffs. The lunch menu includes French favorites like croque monsieur (ham and cheese as only the French can make), carved turkey on a baguette, and vegetable quiche. The Be Our Guest restaurant is located beneath Beast’s Castle. However, for dinner, the restaurant will transform into a more formal table service location where you may make reservations. The Be Our Guest restaurant is interesting in that it will be a quick service location at lunchtime – no reservations will be available for that midday meal. The attractions may be shut down at any time without notice. Soft openings mean that there is no guarantee the attractions may be open full time and that Disney is still in a testing mode. Disney announced that November 19 is the date when there will be some soft openings of new attractions in Fantasyland. The first reservations will be for dinner on Monday, November 19, 2012. To make your reservation, call Disney at 40. The restaurant is located directly under the menacing Beast’s Castle. On Monday, August 20, 2012, Walt Disney World will begin taking Advance Dining Reservations for the new “Be Our Guest” restaurant located in the New Fantasyland section of the Magic Kingdom.
